The Behavioral Interview
Advantage
Written by a Career Coach

Welcome and Congrats on your upcoming interview. You can do this and with the help of this book, you will nail it!
When answering behavioral questions, you know those questions that start with “please tell me about a time when…” or “can you describe a time when…”, remember the STAR method. STAR stands for Situation, Task, Action and Result. If you frame your answers with first, the situation, i.e. what happened. Then talk about what you planned to do (Task), what (Action) you took, and how it all turned out (Result).
Good luck and happy interviewing. Setup time with me to practice, and I can also show you some psychology tips to boost your chances of success!
