CoreTactic LLC Coaching Engagement Agreement

As a client, I understand and agree that:

1. Professional coaching is a process aimed at supporting you through a transition, such as starting a new job, developing a new resume, executive coaching, or launching a business. While CoreTactic cannot guarantee that we will help you achieve all your goals, we promise to provide you with the best possible advice tailored to your situation and to support you throughout this process.

2. I am fully responsible for my participation in coaching sessions, which includes paying attention to detail and deciding which advice to follow.

3. I understand that I can discontinue coaching at any time and that it is not intended as medical advice. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold my coach harmless from all liability and expenses in connection with any claims for damages arising from coaching.

4. Professional coaching does not replace mental health counseling, treatment for substance abuse, or specialized advice. I understand that my coach is not acting as a licensed mental health professional and that coaching cannot serve as a substitute for counseling, psychiatric interventions, treatment for mental illness, recovery from past abuse, professional medical advice, financial assistance, legal counsel, or other professional services.

5. Coaching may involve but is not limited to, brainstorming, values clarification, completing written assignments, education, goal setting, identifying plans of action, accountability, making requests, behavior change agreements, lifestyle examination, and questioning, among other activities. Coaching is most effective when both parties communicate honestly and directly.

6. Coaching will be an ongoing relationship lasting several months, though either party can terminate it at any time. The sessions will be conducted via virtual meeting software such as Google Meet.

7. Coaching is a confidential relationship, and the coach agrees to keep all information strictly confidential, except in situations where I provide written consent or where confidentiality would violate the law (e.g., jeopardizing the safety of myself or others). In such cases, my communications may be disclosed to appropriate state law enforcement authorities.

8. If necessary, I can reschedule my session by contacting my coach at [email protected] at least 2 hours prior to my scheduled session. Otherwise, I acknowledge that this session will be counted toward the terms of my coaching agreement.

9. I am responsible for managing my time to meet with my coach as scheduled. If I do not call in within five minutes of the scheduled time, my coach will wait an additional five minutes and then cancel the appointment. If I fail to notify the coach within 2 hours of the scheduled time, I will be responsible for billing at the agreed-upon rate. I will strive to attend all appointments and calls punctually, and I will inform my coach ahead of time if I anticipate being late.

10. If I choose to cancel services, payment may still be required, depending on the cancellation needs and previously agreed-upon termination parameters. I have read and agree to the above terms of this engagement.

11. We offer a full 100% money-back guarantee if a refund is requested via email to [email protected] within the first 7 days after the initial purchase as a new client.

12. CoreTactic may sell or provide assessments; the use of these assessments and their interpretation requires an expert. Use at your own risk if you do not engage with CoreTactic for analysis and audit.

13. CoreTactic works with many individuals weekly, and it can be challenging to ensure everyone has the correct meeting time or the time they prefer. We recognize that rescheduling might be necessary, allowing for one same-day reschedule; however, additional reschedules will incur a fee of $20. The next session cannot be scheduled until this fee is paid.

14. By booking or interacting with CoreTactic, your email and phone number may be added to our weekly newsletter. By engaging with us, you agree to be added to our list. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will uphold your privacy as outlined in our privacy policy agreement.
