Nick T. Rustad, MBA, CSM, CSPO is a seasoned executive, best-selling author, and professional coach with over 25 years of experience in corporate America. Originating from northern Minnesota, Nick overcome early challenges to become a first-generation college graduate, earning a B.A. in Organizational Behavior from the College of Saint Scholastica and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
