Our coaching methods are tailored to fit each individual’s needs and goals. Our focus is not just on finding you a job, but on helping you build a career that brings fulfillment and success.
Our process involves assessing your current state, determining your goals and aspirations, build a strategy and then execute!
- Schedule Your Intake:
- Begin by scheduling an intake session with a CoreTactic career coach. During this session, you’ll discuss your goals, aspirations, and any challenges you’re facing in your career.
- Discuss you situation with your coach:
- After the intake session, you’ll receive a customized proposal outlining the coaching services recommended for you. This proposal will include details about the coaching process, duration, and pricing.
- Adjust as Needed:
- Review the proposal and make any necessary adjustments. If there are specific areas you’d like to focus on or additional services you need, communicate them to your coach.
- Sign the Proposal and Submit Payment:
- Once you’re satisfied with the proposal, sign it and submit the required payment. This step officially kicks off your coaching journey.
- Schedule your sessions when you need them:
- Visit coretactic.net and select Clients then Book a PrePaid Session, anytime you want. These sessions will focus on developing strategies, improving skills, and achieving your objectives.
- Maintain Accountability and Progress:
- Regularly attend coaching sessions, complete assigned tasks, and actively participate in the process. Your coach will hold you accountable and guide you toward progress.
- CoreTactic Becomes Your Trusted Advisor:
- Over time, CoreTactic becomes more than just a coaching service. Your coach becomes your trusted advisor, helping you navigate career challenges, make informed decisions, and achieve long-term success.

CoreTactic by the Numbers as of April 2024:
- CoreTactic opened for business on August 22, 2022
- 324 clients have been coached or consulted by Nick’s team
- 12 clients are active right now
- Of the 326, 246 were career related coaching clients – remaining clients were either life, business or executive related
- Of the 246, 239 were able to find a new job, receive a promotion, or a raise. Some type of improvement was achieved.
- 2 clients were unable to change, or be mindful of their behavior so we had to part ways.
- 5 clients didn’t complete their coaching program (dropped out, ghosted, change in priority, able to find something independently)
