My coaching will challenge you to think about your future, in an objective way, leaving all past job experiences behind. I will give you the tools and strategies to determine your next best step whether that’s at your current job or a new career entirely. Together we’ll create a plan to narrow down what types of roles and companies you’d get the most fulfillment working for and then build the strategy to land those roles. This coaching has accountability baked in so you have consistent support and encouragement as you change the direction of your future.
1:1 Coaching Details:
We ask that you make a 3 month commitment to coaching. An easy button does not exist!
We have packages with 2 or 4 sessions per month.
Weekly assignments, journaling prompts, and activities that will move you toward your goals.

Nick T. Rustad, MBA, CSM, CSPO is a seasoned executive, best-selling author, and professional coach with over 25 years of experience in corporate America. As the co-owner and chief coach of CoreTactic, a career and startup coaching company, Nick leverages his extensive background in leadership and consulting to guide clients through career transitions and how to start a new company.
Originating from northern Minnesota, Nick overcame early challenges to become a first-generation college graduate, earning a B.A. in Organizational Behavior from the College of Saint Scholastica and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. His journey from rural beginnings to corporate success informs his empathetic and strategic approach to coaching.
Throughout his career, Nick has held leadership positions at prestigious organizations such as Perficient, The Pillsbury Company, Accenture and Faegre Baker Daniels. His consulting portfolio includes work with Fortune 500 companies and notable institutions such as The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, General Mills, and Boston Scientific.
After a successful corporate career, Nick founded CoreTactic, driven by his passion for coaching and developing talent. Under his leadership, the company has grown from two managing members to a team of sixteen experts, offering comprehensive coaching services in life, career, business strategy, and personal branding.
